 Our People: Gerard Kilpatrick
Gerard is a highly experienced commercial and business lawyer.
Gerard has a wealth of experience and regularly advises high profile corporations on business and tax law, and conducts complex business transactions.
With his background in general practice, he also advises small businesses and individuals on larger transactions and all aspects of business (including compliance).
Gerard studied at Auckland University and was admitted to the bar in 1968. Gerard joined the firm in 1968 and has been a partner since 1970.
Gerard is also consulting editor for the Lawlink magazine, advises the Auckland Catholic Music Schola and is also honorary solicitor and life member of the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters Incorporated. |
